The Guarantee that you receive from your contractor tells you:
1. How confident he is that his work will stand the test of time and
2. How committed he is to his client's best interests.
We believe in the work we do! And we are convinced that it is in your best interest to give you an indefinite guarantee of our work. We also believe that if we give you an Indefinite Guarantee, all of us who work on your home will rise to the occasion and give you our best.
Our Indefinite Guarantee reads:
Upon completion of the terms of this Agreement, JFC guarantees that its work is done according to building code standards and industry practice. The contractor will guarantee its work and material selection indefinitely against failure. The life of any material or product is reflected in its price and, within the constraints of the budget for this project, the highest quality product has been provided. It will not, however, guarantee against normal wear and tear, misuse and abuse or manmade and natural disaster.
Our intention is that our clients discover they can rely on JFC to take care of their home and its remodeling and repair needs as long as they live in it.
